Current status: Quiz Search is currently a free platform. No purchases, subscriptions, or payments of any kind are required to use any part of the Platform. As no transactions take place, no refunds are applicable at this time. This policy sets out our approach should paid services be introduced in future.
At the time of this policy's publication, Quiz Search does not charge users for access to any content, quiz, article, or feature on the Platform. All content is provided free of charge as part of our educational and entertainment offering. There are no subscriptions, premium tiers, one-time purchases, or any other form of commercial transaction currently available on the Platform.
Because no money changes hands between users and Quiz Search in connection with the Platform's current operation, there is nothing to refund under present circumstances.
Quiz Search does not operate prize competitions, lotteries, or any scheme in which users can win money or material goods. It does not offer financial products, investment services, or any form of wagering. Participation in quizzes on the Platform does not involve any financial risk or commitment. There is no entry fee, no deposit, and no commercial stake of any kind involved in using the Platform.
We may, in future, introduce optional paid services — such as supporter memberships, downloadable quiz packs, or similar offerings. Should this occur, the following principles will govern our refund approach, consistent with consumer rights under English law:
Where digital content (for example, downloadable quiz packs) is purchased, customers in the UK have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless download has begun and the customer has acknowledged that the right to cancel is waived upon commencement of download. In such cases, we will confirm clearly at the point of purchase whether this waiver applies.
Where subscription services are introduced, customers will be able to cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We will not charge for periods following cancellation. Refunds for unused portions of a billing period may be offered at our discretion in cases of service failure on our part.
Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. Where a paid service is found to be not as described, of unsatisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose, you will be entitled to a remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

We are not aware of any mechanism by which such an error could occur given the Platform's current free-to-use status, but we take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
